 I'm Annie Weller.

For more than twenty-five years, I've helped organizations, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and communities navigate growth, change, and complexity.

I've founded businesses, facilitated strategic planning, advised leaders, and partnered with organizations working to create stronger economies and healthier communities.

My work brings together organizational development, economic development, strategic communication, and leadership because I believe stronger organizations create stronger communities.

Today, from Hanoi, Vietnam, I continue working with organizations across the United States and internationally.
