About Annie

Annie LaVerdure-Weller is a purpose-driven strategic business and nonprofit coach and consultant. She is also a motivational speaker and has created and teaches workshops and seminars based on productivity, business processes and operations.

Annie has over 15 years experience as a serial entrepreneur working with creative, passionate and emerging thought leaders who are looking to create exceptional lives, businesses and communities. She specializes in helping her clients create and sustain greater profitability and efficiency in their businesses and nonprofits, and in their lives.
 
She is an author and founder of the Leadership Lab, a nonprofit career, academic and transitional coaching organization that focuses on veterans, minorities and LGBTQ communities. Annie also hosts a weekly podcast, Find Your Tribe.

She is a proud member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians and holds a M.S. in Communications.
